You can control when Kube resets recurring monthly member and company hours/credits and coworking passes to the number allocated in active monthly contracts. The date you select is also when Kube deducts the number of hours/credits used in future short-term bookings from member and company hour/credit balances. This task runs monthly. For more information and the Kube billing cycle, see Scheduled tasks billing cycle overview.
When you change the date, Kube processes all future bookings that fall between the present date and the new date. Going forward, Kube resets hours/credits on the selected date. Kube does not include long-term bookings from contracts in deductions.
CAUTION:
You can only make this selection once. After you click Save, Kube does not allow you to change the date again.
Kube does not reset allocations for one-time amenities.
To set change when future bookings are added and hours/credits/coworking passes are reset
Select Properties in the top menu.
Locate the property you in the grid and click the property name. The Property Spaces screen appears.
Select Scheduled Tasks in the side menu.
Click the Reset Hours/Credits/Coworking Passes & Add Future Bookings scheduled task. The Reset Hours/Credits/Coworking Passes & Add Future Bookings screen appears.
Click the Edit button.
Select the day of the month you want Kube to perform the task.
Click Save.
