To list your properties and spaces on third-party listing sites that integrate with Google Calendar, you can link them to Google Calendar from Kube. This article describes linking a property to Google Calendar. For more information about how Google Calendar works, see Google Calendar overview.
This article is part of the Kube property setup flow. For more information, see Kube setup checklist.
TIP: We recommend using one Google account for each of your properties.
To connect a property to Google Calendar
Select Properties in the top menu.
Locate the property in the grid and click the property's name. The Property Spaces screen appears.
Select Setup in the side menu and select the Booking Options tab.
Click the Edit button.
In the Google Calendar section, click the Connect with Google button. A Google sign in window appears.
Select the Google account you want to link the property to and enter your credentials. Permission requests appear.
Select Allow on the permission requests to give Kube permission to access your Google account. A final confirmation request appears after you complete the permissions.
TIP: Expand each permission request for more information about the accesses included in the request.
For the final Confirmation request, select all available checkboxes and click the Allow button. Google creates a token that Kube uses to access your Google account when it syncs bookings.
NOTE: You should receive an email confirmation from Google alerting you that your account was linked to Kube.
Close the Google sign in window.
In Kube, click Save.
TIP: The next step in the Kube property setup process is to set who can book on holidays. For more information, see Setting who can book on holidays.
