The property master terms of service are the contractual rules and requirements that your customers must agree to when they make a purchase or booking at your property. Your customers must agree to the terms of service when they first create an account and any time the terms of service are updated at their primary property. Kube comes with a preset master terms of service, but each property can have a different master terms of service uploaded.
Kube displays the property master terms of service during checkout for every purchase and booking members and prospects make at your properties.

NOTE: Depending on your assigned role and permissions, and the version of Kube your organization uses, some or all of these menus or services may not be available or displayed.
To upload property master terms and conditions
Select Properties in the top menu.
Locate the property in the grid and click the property's name. The Property Spaces screen appears.
Select Setup in the side menu. The Property Essentials screen appears.
Click the pencil Edit button.
Click the Master Terms of Service file uploader to select a file to upload using the file picker or drag and drop a file to upload.
NOTE: Only PDF and JPG file types are allowed. The maximum file size is 5 MB.
Click Save.
