Kube allows you to change the default receipt display type that Voyager uses to differentiate payments made in Kube and other payments. Note that payments are called "receipts" in Voyager, and the payment number in Kube matches the receipt number in Voyager. For more information, see "Receipts" in the Voyager Core User's Guide. This article covers changing the default receipt display type.
Changing the default receipt display type
Select your Personal Profile in the top menu and select System Settings in the drop-down menu. The Operator Details screen appears.
Select Accounting in the side menu and select the Account Settings tab.
Click the Edit button.
Click on the three dot additional options button next to the Default Receipt Display Type field. The Select Item menu appears.
Make a selection and click OK.
Click Save.
NOTE: Kube automatically sets Kube - Kube Receipt Display Type as the default receipt display type. If you need assistance selecting a receipt type, please reach out to Yardi technical support.
