A territory is an optional field you can add to properties to classify a property's territory for internal reference. Territories can also be assigned sub-territories for further granularity and tracking. For more information about the different property essentials fields, see Reviewing and editing property information.
TIP: Do not add any Territory custom fields if this is not a criterion your organization tracks. The Territories field only appears on the Property Essentials menu if records have been added.
NOTE: Depending on your assigned role and permissions, and the version of Kube your organization uses, some or all of these menus or services may not be available or displayed.
To Add a Territory Custom Field
Select your Personal Profile in the top menu and select System Settings from the drop-down menu. The Operator Profile screen appears.
Select Custom Fields in the side menu and then the Properties tab.
The Brands option appears.
Select the Territories tab.
Click the Add button.
In the Territory Name field, enter the territory name.
In the Sub-Territories section, enter sub-territory names as desired.
Click Save.
TIP: The next step in the Kube system setup process is to add market custom fields if desired. For more information, see Adding a market custom field.
