A space configuration is an optional label you can assign to a space to describe its layout. This label is used internally for internal users to reference and for use with Yardi's Internet Listing Services (ILS) for published spaces. This article describes adding a new space configuration.
Adding a space configuration
Select your Personal Profile in the top menu and select System Settings from the drop-down menu. The Operator Profile screen appears.
Select Custom Fields in the side menu and select the Spaces then Space Configurations tabs.
Click on Add. The Space Type screen appears.
Complete the field.
Click Save.
