What is an internal company and internal user?

When your Kube portal is created, Kube automatically creates an internal company that all of your internal users (your organization's employees) belong to. For more information, see Adding an internal user.

How do I update my personal information in Kube?

You can update your personal information in Kube on the My Profile screen. For more information, see Updating your user profile.

You cannot change your email because it is your Kube username.

TIP: You can change your password on the Change Password screen. For more information, see Changing your password.

How do I know what I need to complete?

You can use the My Tasks screen to see tasks assigned to you and to mark tasks complete once you finish them. For more information, see Reviewing and completing your tasks.

You can also use the Activity Calendar to see the Events, Tasks, and Tours assigned to you in a calendar view. For more information, see Activity Calendar screen overview.

If you are a contract approver, you can use the My Approvals screen to see any pending contract approvals you need to approve or deny. For more information, see Reviewing, approving, and rejecting a contract.

The Notifications icon appears in the Top Menu when you have been tagged in an Activity Feed entry or when payment processing has completed a task. For more information, see Activity Feed.

What does the culture setting do?

Culture settings are regional settings that control the formatting of dates, times, and addresses in Kube. Kube uses the operator culture as the default culture setting for new internal users, and internal users can assign themselves and other internal users different culture settings. For more information, see Choosing your culture setting and Assigning a culture setting to an internal user.
