A credit note is generated to offset either a partial amount or the full amount of an invoice. A credit note is sent to a member to show that the amount to be paid has been reduced. When a credit note is manually created, Kube marks the credit note as Unallocated. This article describes manually allocating an unallocated credit note.
NOTE: Depending on your assigned role and permissions, and the version of Kube your organization uses, some or all of these menus or services may not be available or displayed.
Allocating a credit note

NOTE: You can only filter by one company and/or property at a time.
Locate the credit in the grid, and click Select.
TIP: If you want to apply multiple credits at one time, click Select All.
NOTE: If there are multiple credits and each credit needs to be applied to individual invoices, select one credit at a time and complete this process for each credit.
Click Next.

Click Select or the square select box to choose which invoice to apply the credit to.
Click Apply. A receipt number appears towards the top left corner.
