Resending a booking confirmation email

A booking is a reservation for a specific space for a set time and date. When a booking is saved, Kube sends a booking confirmation email to the attendees. Once the booking confirmation is sent, it can be resent from the Email Correspondence report or by viewing the booking details. This article describes the steps to resend an email from the Email Correspondence Report or the booking details.

NOTE: Depending on your assigned role and permissions, and the version of Kube your organization uses, some or all of these menus or services may not be available or displayed.

To resend the booking confirmation from the bookings menu

  1. Select Bookings in the top menu.

  2. Select Card View towards the upper left of the screen.

  3. Locate the booking in the calendar and click on the booking. The booking details screen appears.


    TIPS:

    • You can use the property filter at the top of the screen to switch between properties. You can also use the Date Picker button to select the date the booking occurs on.

    • If the space allows simultaneous bookings, the Booking List appears. Locate the booking on the list and click the View button.


  4. Click the Resend Booking Confirmation button.

To resend the booking confirmation from the Email Correspondence report

  1. Select Reports in the top menu, then Operational > Email Correspondence from the drop downs.

  2. Click the filter button to switch properties or add additional search criteria. Click Apply.

  3. Locate the email in the grid and click on it.

  4. Click Resend.
