You can follow and unfollow Member Portal discussions to control the discussion notifications you receive. Kube compiles all of your discussion notifications into a single email that sends once a day.
Following a discussion notifies you every time a member posts, and you automatically follow public discussions you create and private discussions you are included in.
Unfollowing discussions prevents Kube from sending you notifications about those discussions. Unfollow public discussions and private discussions to turn off notifications for those discussions.
Kube compiles all discussions on the All tab, and you can find your private discussions on the 1:1 tab and the discussions you are following on the Following tab.
NOTE: Depending on your assigned role and permissions, and the version of Kube your organization uses, some or all of these menus or services may not be available or displayed.
To follow and unfollow discussions
Select Properties in the top menu.
Locate the property in the grid and click the property's name. The Property Spaces screen appears.
Select Member Portal in the side menu and select the Discussions tab.
To follow a discussion, click the Follow button on the discussion thread. The button turns green.
TIP: Click the Follow button a second time to unfollow the discussion. The button turns white.
