Majors and minors are labels that you can assign to members and leads to help track lead generation. For more information, see Adding a major and minor category.
NOTE: Depending on your assigned role and permissions, and the version of Kube your organization uses, some or all of these menus or services may not be available or displayed.
To assign a major and minor to a member
Select Customers in the top menu and select Members from the drop-down menu.
Locate the member in the grid and click the member's name. The Member Essentials window appears.
NOTE: If you have not added a member yet, see Adding a member.
Click the Edit button.
In the Source Major field in the Status & Source section, enter the major name or click the Additional Options button to select it from the list of majors.
In the Source Minor field in the Status & Source section, enter the minor name or click the Additional Options button to select it from the list of minors.
NOTE: The minor you select is associated with the major you selected in the Lead Source Major field. For more information, see Adding a major and minor category.
Click Save.
