In some situations, a ban may need to be lifted from a member.
NOTE: Depending on your assigned role and permissions, and the version of Kube your organization uses, some or all these menus or services may not be available or displayed.
Banning a member
Select Customers in the top menu and select Members from the drop-down menu.
Locate the member in the grid and click the member's name. The Member Essentials window appears.
TIP: You can also unban a member by clicking the three dot additional options button and selecting Unban Member.
Click the Unban button.
Kube automatically saves unbanning the member.
