A user and company type is a label you can assign to companies, members, leads, and contacts to classify how they use your spaces and services. For more information about adding a user and company type, see Adding a user and company type.
NOTE: When you update a company's user and company type, Kube does not update the company and user types of the company's members, leads, and contacts. You must update them individually.
To assign a user and company type to a company
Select Customers in the top menu and select Companies from the drop-down menu.
Locate the company in the grid and click the company's name. The Company Essentials window appears.
NOTE: If you have not added the company yet, see Adding a company.
Click the Edit button.
In the Company Type field, enter the user and company type or click the Additional Options button to select one from the list.
Click Save.
