A property list allows you to control the properties that internal users have access to. When you create a property list, you select properties to include in the list. You can then assign a property list to an internal user to limit the properties the user can see. For more information about creating a property list, see Adding a property list.
NOTES:
Depending on your assigned role and permissions, and the version of Kube your organization uses, some or all of these menus or services may not be available or displayed.
If your organization invoices by company and an internal user does not have access to the company's primary property, they cannot view the invoice. They will only see that open charges at the property they can see have been invoiced. If customers in this scenario have questions about their invoice, they must contact their primary property. For more information, see Setting whether invoices send by property or company.
Property lists do not limit information on the Companies, Members, Leads, or Contacts screens. Internal users must be able to see all customers in their organization in case those customers roam to their property from another property.
